1. What is your MOQ? Could I mix styles and colors?
One sample can be made. For mass production, the MOQ for most of our styles is as low as 50 pieces per style per color. You may order 100 pieces and mix 2 colors.
2. Can I get samples before placing an order?
Yes, we can customize samples with your own brand before bulk production.
3. Can you make customized designs or logos?
Yes, we can make customized designs or logos. Contact our sales team to discuss the details.
4. Can you accept sample customization?
Yes, we provide sample customization service. You can customize the logo on one of our suggested designs, or send us your own design for production review.
5. What is the delivery time?
We focus on custom appliances for our customers. To protect customer interests, we do not produce our own branded appliances. For custom logo orders, the lead time is usually 30 to 60 days depending on the selected item. For a completely new design, the lead time depends on the final product details.
6. What is your packaging? Can I customize the packaging?
Customers usually purchase boxes from us to pack their appliances. If you do not need boxes, we can use safe bubble bags and cartons. You may also send us your own packaging, and we can pack with it for you.
